Maplewood Announces 2019 Adult Ride & Whine Camps
Relive your best childhood camp memories--but with wine! Join us here at Maplewood Stables for the popular and unique spring and fall Adult Ride and Whine Camps, to be held May 2-5 and October 17-20.
Maplewood's Adult Ride and Whine Camp has become legendary in the equestrian world and attracts campers of all levels from across the country and Canada!
Don't own a horse? Don't worry! Maplewood's wonderful horses are available for you to ride during camp, or you may bring your own horse. Activities include riding lessons, trail riding, dining, wine tasting, personal fitness training, sports nutrition, the latest fashion trends for equestrians, educational seminars, secrets to success in the show ring, and much more.
This fun and educational retreat is open to adults of all ages, riding abilities, professionals and amateurs. The common denominator attendees must have is that they want to learn and have a good time!
Activities include but aren't limited to:Daily riding instructionTrail ridesEducational horsemanship presentations and activitiesMeals and wineDining in and around the Reno area, such as Virginia City and Lake TahoePersonal fitness training and nutrition educationCamps run Thursday afternoon through Sunday afternoon, and to ensure the highest levels of education and fun, there's a strict 12-person limit.
