Maplewood's Adult Camps have become legendary in the equestrian world and attract campers from across the country and Canada! Activities include riding lessons, trail riding, dining, educational seminars on conformation, bitting, judging and other horsemanship topics, secrets to success in the show ring, and much more.

For those who wish to immerse themselves in a more intensive horsemanship program, we are now offering a five-day program for the serious adult equestrian to learn horse care and management. Participants can choose to be mounted or unmounted and may bring a horse or lease one of our well-trained mounts. The clinic is limited to 12 particpants so register early! This fun and educational retreat is open to adults of all ages, riding abilities, professionals and amateurs alike. The common denominator attendees must have is that they want to learn and have a good time!
Activities include but aren't limited to:
Daily riding instruction in small groups of similar ability
Trail rides
Educational presentations from specialists in their fields
Wining, dining and great fun!
The Spring and Fall Camps run Thursday at 4 p.m. through Sunday at 3 p.m., and you may bring your horse or lease one of our wonderful mounts. The total cost is $1,800 for either option. To ensure the highest levels of education and fun, there’s a strict eight-person limit. The five-day Fall Advanced Camp is for those who have previously attended an Adult Camp or those who have a solid foundation in horsemanship and ride at the intermediate level or above. Riding lessons and horsemanship lectures will be tailored to active competitors and/or those who have the ability to jump 2’6” or higher.
A non-refundable deposit of $800 is due upon registration.
