Other top professionals will share their experiences in establishing their businesses, what they did right and wrong and ultimately how their choices allowed them to live their best lives and fulfill their dreams in the horse industry.

Discussion topics include but are not limited to—the future of the sport, horse welfare, association/organizations, training horses, coaching riders, client and employee management, ethics, business management, marketing and much, much more.

Attendees will have the opportunity to bring a horse for the riding sessions and experience first-hand the new skills being learned.

Some of the questions to be addressed in lectures and roundtables:

• What type of business model is best for me, my market and skill set?

• How do I discover my niche in the industry?

• How do I match the different teaching styles with my students?

• What types of clients and horses will benefit most from my business model and skills?

• How do I maximize my income if I choose not to “run from horse show to horse show”?

• How do I find more clients in my market and retain them?

• How do I find quality horses and improve the horses I already have in my barn?

• How do I manage challenging clients and employees?

• How do I balance work and life in the horse industry to avoid burnout?
